Greeting card orders are fulfilled by Printify and their associated suppliers.
Journal orders are fulfilled and shipped by Amazon.
Returns and Refunds
How It Works
All sales are final, however, DivaDork LLC will accept returns for exchange or refund for items damaged in transit or if the wrong product was shipped. Above all, we will do our best to make sure you receive the quality product you purchased.
Refunds and Exchanges
To be eligible for a refund​ or exchange, you must first email DivaDork LLC within 7 days of receiving your DivaDork LLC product to alert us of the damage (please include images). The damaged item must be returned to us at [INSERT ADDRESS]. Upon receipt of the damaged item, we will order a replacement item, if available. If a replacement is not possible, we will refund the full purchase price of your item. To complete your refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. No refunds will be given for used items. Refunds will be processed within 7 -14 business days depending on original method of payment.
